CHRISTMAS is set to be a little “more magical” on Coast this year.
Plans were unveiled today for the Gold Coast’s first Christmas parade, which will see 70 animated floats, dance troupe, marching bands, and giant balloons ignite the Glitter Strip on December 6.
Gold Coast Christmas Parade and Master Events QLD CEO William Mead said the “world class” event would be similar to the Adelaide Christmas Pageant and Macy’s New York Thanksgiving Parade.
